Martin Dowson

We are delighted to announce Martin Dowson as our Metro Women’s Head Coach for the 2024 season.

Hear what Martin had to say about his appointment, “As a backpacker my first games were for Holland Park in the church league back in 2006/7, in fact this is where i met Brendan (first team coach originally). I was involved in the set up when Holland Park Women were promoted to the original BPL before being moved into the men’s QPL set up in the Inaugural Season. I’ve had a few seasons away and learnt huge amounts and I can’t wait to get to work next season. I’ve already had some fantastic conversations with Richard Lemon who ran the Metro 4 girls last year and he has put forward several names of young players he wants to push to the next level.”
