This is a ticketed event, please ensure that you book your tickets by Wednesday 24th November as they will no longer be available after this date.

Tickets can be reserved here (Please book to your allocated seating / team area)

Please either print a hard copy of your tickets, or download the Eventbrite App to store electronically, tickets will be scanned on entry to confirm attendance.

Due to COVID Restrictions the venue will be limited to 220 attendee’s, with face masks compulsory, and observe Social Distancing where necessary. All attendee’s will also need to register on the ‘Check In Qld’ app on entry.

  1. Is this just for the players? All players and an adult parent/guardian are required to attend.
  2. Is there a cost? No there is no cost to those attending. The ticketing is for COVID planning and record keeping.
  3. Is there parking at the venue? There is a public car park within a 4 minute walk to the Lecture theatre (Cnr Ring Road and East Creek Road). If you have anyone unable to walk due to injury or disability there is a drop off zone immediately outside the Lecture room building (Mimosa Creek Road).
  4. I’m unable to attend due to a previous commitment, Will there be another session held that I can attend? Unfortunately there will not be any additional face-to-face Induction sessions rescheduled. We will organise an alternative Induction process for these circumstances, which will include viewing the video footage of the session and a questionnaire to confirm the information has been understood. However players will not be participating in any pre-season or fixture games until the Induction process has been completed.
  5. Do I really need a ticket, can I just show up on the day? Due to COVID restrictions and our necessity to meet with the Universities requirements, tickets will have to be pre-booked and presented on the day so that we can confirm we meet with the limited attending numbers of the venue.
