JUNIOR PRESENTATION DAY DETAILS RELEASED

Good afternoon all,
We are pleased to release further details for our Junior Presentation Day for all U6 – U18 Teams which will be taking place on Saturday 17th of September 2022.
We understand that it is the first weekend of school holidays, we hope that everyone can still make it.
DETAILS
Who: U6 – U18
When: Saturday 17th September, 8:30am – 3:00pm
Where: Whites Hill Reserve
TROPHY TIMINGS
On the day all junior teams will have the opportunity to receive their trophies. All non-competitive age group players (U6-U12) will receive a trophy for their participation in the 2022 season at Hawks. All competitive age groups (U13 – U18) will hand out two awards per team: Coaches Player of the Year and Players Player of the Year.
Please muster at the club house 10 minutes prior to your allocated timeslot so that we can ensure we keep to schedule.

On the day our canteen will be open and will be serving food and drink to all members. We encourage teams to stick around after their presentation to have some food and drink with their team members. ‘
Please feel free to bring your own food and drink to share with your team members on the day. Space will be available around the reserve if you wish to set up your own gazebo for your team for the duration of the day. Please note that there will be fixtures occurring on fields 2, 3, 4, and 5 and these spaces will not be available to set up tents and areas for your teams to congregate before and after their trophy presentations.
Due to the excessive flooding and rain we experienced at the beginning of the season, a lot of our Miniroos (U6-U12) teams have unfortunately missed out on some games. In order to give these teams a chance to make up for some of the lost rounds of football over the course of the season, we have organized a mini-carnival which will give each team the opportunity to play a couple of extra games on the day. We have hired out the services of Ginger Sports on the day who will be supplying an inflatable street football field on the day, as well as an inflatable football darts setup which will be operational on field 1 between 9:00am – 3:00pm.
